How to place an order

If you wish to place an order, you can do so by these means:

  • Directly at our website www.kaleideu.eu (for detailed walkthrough see below)
  • By phone:  +420 724 877 978

  • Personally at the address: náměstí ČSA 35, Moravské Budějovice (2nd floor)

How to place an order at our website www.kaleideu.eu:

  • Choose the design product you would like to purchase.
  • Click on the product´s “Detail” and add the product to basket by clicking on the button “Buy”.
  • After adding the product, the shopping basket will refresh. You can find the basket in upper right corner of the site. If you want to place an order, click on the shopping basket, where you can also see all the information about product´s availability.
  • If you need to increase or lower the quantity of products, use the plus or minus sign.
  • If you want to remove the product from the basket, check the product at the end of the line and click on the button “delete”.
  • Check the content of your basket and then continue to the next step.

Delivery details:

  • The next step is entering your personal details and delivery address. Here you can choose from creating your customer account and join our customer programme and gain other member benefits, or place an order without registration. Please fill in all the boxes marked with an asterisk *.

Delivery and payment:

  • Choose the type of delivery.
  • If you chose personal offtake, you can pick up your goods at our contact address: náměstí ČSA 35, Moravské Budějovice, 2nd floor.
  • If you chose one of the carriers, we will deliver your goods to the address filled in above.
  • Please choose the payment method and continue to the next step. ​

Order confirmation:

  • In the 4th step of the order please check all the details and check the agreement with shopping terms and conditions. Detailed terms and conditions are available in the respective link.
  • If everything is ok, click on the button “Confirm Order”. Immediately you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact us.
  • Your order will be processed without delay and we will inform you about its status via e-mail or SMS.​
